The pre-solicitation notice is modified to clarify that the procurement will be a Small Business Set-Aside, not a Small Business Administration 8(a) Program set-aside. Please see attached revised notice.

The purpose of this notice amendment is to post the final solicitation documents and to establish the offer due date. Offerors shall be aware of the following deadlines (see Section L of the solicitation for further guidance and instructions):
(1) Questions shall be submitted to the GSA no later than 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time on June 24, 2019.
(2) Past performance questionnaires shall be submitted to the GSA no later than 4:30 p.m. Mountain Time on 5 July 2019.
(3) Proposal shall be submitted to the GSA no later than the date and time specified for receipt of offers (see SF1449 or latest SF30, if applicable).
