I have found an opportunity on VITROCELL Cloud 12 System released by the Department of Health and Human Services from WV State. We are interested to participate in this bid opportunity. Could you please share the complete description regarding products, Terms and Conditions about this RFP.

9 places exposure, 3 places control

12 x adaptor for 24-well sized inserts
Day training and installation
Day travel
Freight, packing and insurance
Import duty including handling
This is being advertised as a sole source to the VITROCELL Systems Company and not intended to go out for quotes. If you can provide this item please let me know and the Government will consider putting this out for quotes. If has to be a new system and you have to be able to provide training and installation. Please also provide your capabilities if interested by May 1st.
