The Agency is seeking a solution that will provide a Grants Management Solution (GMS) for the management of the End-to-End request and distribution process of grant funds in accordance with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Preparedness Directorate Grant Guidelines. For the purposes of this RFP, Supplier (or Bidder or Supplier) shall mean any entity who submits a proposal in response to this RFP. VITA is pursuing a statewide agreement for this Solution that can be utilized by all public bodies in the Commonwealth.
