This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No responses are required in response to this announcement.
The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22 has an impending requirement for contractors to provide janitorial services for the following healthcare systems: VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS), VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS), and VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS). Services may be provided at each main hospital as well as the healthcare system s associated Community Based Out-Patient Clinics (CBOCs), Veteran Centers (Vet Centers), Ambulatory Care Centers (ACC), and administration buildings not on the main campus.
All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award.
The resulting contract(s) will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, with Firm-Fixed Prices. Multiple awards are anticipated.
The solicitation will be set-aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Vet-Biz Registry located at https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ to be considered for award.
All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on or about
August 26, 2019.
