The Veteran Affairs VISN 6 Headquarters, located at 300 W. Morgan Street, Suite 700, Durham, North Carolina will be soliciting offers for The VA VISN 6 Headquarters s to assess all VISN 6 Human Resource Assessment (HR) departments ability to provide timely quality services to customers. Assessment will include the VISN 6 HQ Human Resources centralized support office, Centralized Classification Unit (CCU), and Human Resources departments at seven medical centers for the VISN 9 VA Headquarters, 300 W. Morgan Street, Suite 700, Durham, NC 27701. A request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24618Q0292 will be issued on or about 13 March, 2018. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is April 1, 2018 (or date of award) through October 31,2018 or the base period. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training with a Small Business Size Standard of $11 million. The classification code is U009. The solicitation will be issued as a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
