This is a Request for Information (RFI). This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain knowledge and information for project planning purposes.
NAICS code: 531120 and sized standard is $7.0.
Background: The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Nashville VA Medical Center desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of real property space to yield up to approximately 15,000 to 20,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Nashville, TN for use as a Medical Administrative Space. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider existing space that complies with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. Parking spaces for 100 employees is needed.B

Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will be used for planning purposes only. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information to assist the VAMC in formulating its requirements, and identify qualified firms who are able to meet our requirements.
The NCO 9 is open to alternative ideas. Respondents are encouraged to provide information about alternatives that can help the VAMC better define its requirements and obtain a management solution that meets its needs.

Project requirements: The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider existing space that complies with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements.

Parking spaces for 100 employees is needed.

Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered:

Anticipated period of performance: The NCO 9 does not presently intend to award a contract, but want to obtain market information and sources capability for acquisition planning purposes only.
Other important considerations: The space may be split between 2 floors or all on 1.





Capability statement /information sought.
1. Company name, address, point of contact, phone number, Dunn & Bradstreet number, and e-mail address;
2. Evidence of SDVOSB or VOSB status through registration at VIP (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/);
3. Evidence of ability to offer under NAICS Code 531120 and listing in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov), including a copy of the representations and certifications made in that system;
4. A summary describing at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope completed in the past five (5) years that demonstrate your company s experience designing, constructing, and managing Federal leased facilities or health care facilities relevant to the project described above. (3-page limit);
5. Evidence of capability to obtain financing for a project of this size.
If desired, the company may also submit a narrative describing its capability.

Although this notice focuses on SDVOSB and VOSB, we encourage all small businesses and other interested parties to respond for market research purposes.

Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm Central Time, Friday, April 13, 2018 response after this date will not be considered.

Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF)
Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property
Amount of parking available on-site
