The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) provides prosthetic limbs and related services to eligible Veterans. It is the VA s intent to solicit proposals and award one or more fixed-unit-price Blanket Purchase Agreements on a competitive basis under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
This procurement is Partial set-aside for Small Business and also as Other Than Small Business-Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 339113, size standard of 750 Employees shall apply. Any resultant agreements shall be for six (6) months from the effective date on the Standard Form (SF) 1449 (Box 3). The areas of service shall be all patients serviced by the North Florida, the South Georgia VA Healthcare System, the C.W Bill Young VA Medical Center, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center, the Orlando VA Medical Center, the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, the Bruce W Carter VA Medical Center, and VA Caribbean Healthcare System
