VISN 2 NUANCE POWERSCRIBE SERVICE AGREEMENT
VISN 2 which encompasses five medical centers in Western New York (Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Canandaigua and Syracuse VA Medical Centers) has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for its Nuance Power Scribe Dictation System service maintenance plan shall include the following: 24hr/ 7 day a week remote technical support; On-site field service within 24hrs of initial call; remote diagnostics including patches and software downloads; On-site preventative maintenance four times a year; all work to be done by original equipment manufacturer (OEM) trained technicians using only new OEM parts.
The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include two option years is between $500,000.00 and $750,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by VISN 2. This is not a solicitation.
