VISN 11 Interior Design Service ContractDescription/Work Statement
The contractor shall provide qualified Healthcare InteriorDesign Services for VISN 11 Medical Centers, as well as the CommunityBased Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) for each individual Medical Center,including the following: VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, Ann Arbor,Michigan (three CBOCs), Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center, Saginaw MI.(four CBOCs), VAMC Battle Creek, MI (four CBOCs), VA Illiana HealthcareSystem, Danville, Illinois (four CBOCs), John D. Dingell VA MedicalCenter, Detroit, MI. (two CBOCs), Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical CenterIndianapolis, IN.(two CBOCs), and VA Northern Indiana Healthcare System,Fort Wayne and Marion, Indiana (three CBOCs) through the period ofSeptember 28, 2009 through December 31, 2011.
