This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice under NAICS Code 541519 is being conducted by the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 at 8888 Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis Indiana 46240 to identify other sources that are capable of providing software maintenance and support for the Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) Tool software at eleven (11) sites and thirty (30) plus Community Based Outpatient Clinics located throughout VISN 10 (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan).

Veterans Health Indiana (Indianapolis 583)
Northern Indiana Healthcare System (Both Ft. Wayne and Marion campuses 610)
And thirty (30) plus Community Based Outpatient Clinics located throughout VISN 10 (Ohio, Indiana, Michigan).
Required Services:
Vendor must be able to perform services more than fifty percent providing software maintenance support requirements for the Medication Reconciliation (MedRec) Tool include 24 hours per day, 365 days per year help desk support by phone and email; remote and onsite software fixes when issues are detected as well as version releases, patches, and updates on a quarterly basis.
The expected period of performance is a base period with four (4) option years exercisable at the Government s discretion.
