Pre-Solicitation Notice. Network Contracting Office 1 intends to award a sole source contract to Alpha4 Solutions, LLC; 1512 Waynesborough CT, Marietta, GA 30062. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source award for a 3-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for court reporting (stenography) and transcription services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Medical Centers throughout VISN 1 (New England).
