This is a Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify interested Contractors within the District area for the Scope of Work listed below. The following are general capabilities required to perform the Scope of Work according to USACE standards. The Contractor must be capable to perform the Scope of Work listed below.

General Project Description:


This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. This Sources Sought Synopsis is a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify Small Business Contractors with experience with various aspects of Pesticide and Herbicide Services. The NAICS Code for this requirement will be 115112, Support Activities for Agriculture and Forestry. Responses should include a brief capability statement of no more than three pages indicating the experience and capability of a Pesticide and Herbicide Services to include all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform pests control to include but not limited to insects, rodents, spiders and vegetation at public use areas, facilities, and offices at Wappapello Lake. The contractor shall comply with applicable federal, regional, state, local laws, and normal industry standards, practices, specifications and/or guides. The anticipated work would be within the geographic boundaries of our Wappapello Lake in Wappapello, Missouri, in Wayne and Bulter counties, Mo.
