VISION Phase I - Detailed Requirements
This RFP is to procure vendor services to perform a detailed requirements analysis and document business requirements for 4 Dept. of Motor Vehicles subsystems of the legacy mainframe Integrated Data Management System. The State is going to replace the entire DMV IDMS mainframe legacy system over time. This RFP asks for proposals to develop detailed requirements and is Phase One of the continued replacement process.
