This amendment contains the following changes: 1) The following equipment has been removed from Section D.2.1.1.5 MINIMUM AMBULANCE REQUIREMENTS:     Removed "Sharps Container: Fixed" and "Sharps Container: Portable" from BLS WILDLAND FIRE AMBULANCE EQUIPMENT LIST     Removed "Fire Extinguisher" from ALS and BLS equipment lists as the fire extinguisher requirement is addressed later in Section D.2.1.1.5     Removed "Automated Transport Ventilator (Non Intubated)" from BLS WILDLAND FIRE AMBULANCE LIST     Removed "Automated Transport Ventilator (Enhanced CC)" from ALS WILDLAND FIRE AMBULANCE LIST     Removed "Transcutaneous Cardiac Pacemaker" from ALS WILDLAND FIRE AMBULANCE LIST 2) The following Language has been added to Section D.2.1.1.5 MINIMUM AMBULANCE REQUIREMENTS: The following language has been added to the Mobile Radio requirement in the BLS and ALS Wildland Fire Ambulance Equipment List: "Mobile or Handheld Radio (Radio must be able to communicate with StateComm F1 or F2)" 3) Answers to Questions Received: (This list includes questions and answers from the April 10th, 2018 1800-1900 preproposal teleconference) QUESTION: Can individual EMTs/AEMTs/Paramedics that are rostered on the Montana Only BLS/ALS ambulance agreement also be rostered on the Idaho Only BLS/ALS ambulance agreement? ANSWER: Yes, if the individual EMTs/AEMTs/Paramedics are licensed in both the State of Montana and the State of Idaho (or has Idaho approved preseason limited recognition), and meets all the solicitation requirements for both agreements, those EMTs/AEMTs/Paramedics can be rostered on both agreements.
