This amendment contains the following answers to questions received:
QUESTION: I would like to confirm the due date of the submission is May 9th 1600hrs or April 27th as stated on the form 1449.
ANSWER: Please see Box 8 of the solicitations SF 1449 cover page for the closing date of the solicitation. All offers are due in the VIPR system by April 27, 2017 at 1200 MDT. Please see Section D.16 of the solicitation for the pre-award inspection submittal due date. All pre-award inspection submittals, as described and listed in Section D.16 of the solicitation, must be submitted to Jeff Gardner by May 9th, 2017 at 1600 MDT.
QUESTION: Is the employee roster of qualified employees due April 27th or May 9th?
ANSWER: The Government must receive all pre-award inspection submittals, as described and listed in D.16 of the solicitation, by May 9, 2017 1600 MDT.
QUESTION: Do all personnel qualifications (medical) have to be submitted by May 9th, 2017 at 1600 MDT?
ANSWER: Yes, please see Section D.16 of the solicitation for pre-award inspection submittal requirements.
