SCOPE: The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term
Contract with one or more qualified bidder(s) to furnish, deliver, install and set-in place ready for
Owners use Viper Equipment Shelter on an as needed basis if an when ordered by the
Department during the contract period. All deliveries shall be made
directly to any of the Zones listed below.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT: This contract shall be from date of award through February 28, 2013, (Non
Renewable).
