This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 541519, Other Computer Related services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Center of Excellence for Mental Health, 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, New York 14424-1159 has a requirement for a contractor to provide a Vanity Code for a texting program that is established for communications between Veterans in crisis and the VA National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
Responses to the sources sought must include the following information:
1. General information of your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, email address(s) and DUNS number and company website if available.
2. Type of business such as 8(a), small business, Hub Zone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business or Veteran owned small business.
3. Capability to deliver and lease Common Short Codes (CSC).
