VARIOUS RADIOLOGICAL SUPPLIES
This is a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various radiological supplies for the Department of Radiology at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii. Mfr: Johnson & Johnson Healthcare Systems. Requests for the supplies will be placed against the BPA as required. Period of performance will be for five years. NAICS code is 339113.
Interested parties shall reply to Pacific Regional Contracting Office VIA EMAIL to [email protected]. TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED. Please indicate your interest and/or ability to provide all the items and also provide a current copy of your price list for all the items and your capabilities statement NO LATER THAN 17 JULY 2014, 8:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time or 2:00 PM Eastern Time. VENDOR MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 100% of the supplies on the attached list.
A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as defined by FAR 13.303(a) is a simplified method of filling anticipated repetitive needs for supplies or services by establishing quote mark charge accounts quote mark with qualified sources of supply. The award of a BPA does not guarantee nor obligate the Government to any orders to BPA holder in any way. When a requirement for supplies listed within the BPA arises, the Government shall compare prices of all BPA awardees and select the BPA holder that offers the best value to the Government.
