This solicitation is to establish a Long Term contract with a base and one option period. This is an unrestricted procurement which requires FOB: Destination with Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. There is one approved source of supply for these Items, 3M Company, CAGE (76381, 75037, 68352). Delivery will be as listed above for the production units. Surge requirements are applicable to NSNs listed with a "y". Specifications relating to the procurement cannot be furnished by the government. The award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211.9'0 00, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly-manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. A copy of the solicitation will be available on DIBBS. The solicitation issue date is on or about 3 Jul 2014.
