(1DRT7) P/N 6445-1-000; Meggitt Safety Systems, Inc. (05167) P/N 140090-4. The total quantity required is 388 units, delivery of 200 days ARO. CLIN 0001 is going to DLA DISTRIBUTION SAN DIEGO (SW3218), and CLIN 0002 is going to DLA DISTRIBUTION WARNER ROBINS (SW3119), FOB origin (First Destination Transportation), inspection/acceptance destination. Unit of issue: Each (EA).
Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
