From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item is Export Controlled. Item is not Critical/Flight Safety (CSI) as verified on the CSI lists on October 2, 2018. Item is not Critical Application neither is Commercial.
Required delivery objective is 300 days total for total production. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
