SYNOPSIS:
The VA Loma Linda Healthcare System has a requirement to REPLACE UPS System located at the Jerry L. Pettis VA Loma Linda Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA. A Firm-Fixed Price Construction award is anticipated. A System for Award Management (SAM) and Center for Verification Excellence (CVE) / Vendor Information Pages (VIP) certified / registered Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, parts, tools, design/engineering, supervision, services and incidentals necessary as required by the solicitation announcement and statement of work. The intent of this contract includes but is not limited to replace / upgrade a 60kW uninterrupted power supply system scalable to 100 kW.

Interested offerors / bidders should search for solicitation VA262-17-B-1095 to access Solicitation documents and any Amendments. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE SITE FREQUENTLY AS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AMENDMENTS. A ninety (90) day bid acceptance period will be required. Bid Bond will be required. Only hardcopy of bids in sealed envelopes will be accepted. Only one organized Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visit / Job Walk will be held; date / time / meet location will be TUESDAY, JUNE 27, 2017 AT 10:00AM local; INTERESTED PARTIES WILL MEET AT THE FIRST (1ST) FLOOR WEST ENTRANCE MAIN LOBBY NEAR STARBUCKS COFFEE OF THE MAIN VA LOMA LINDA MEDICAL CENTER BUILDING.

Period of Performance / Contract Completion Time will be sixty (60) Calendar Days from receipt of contract award and the Notice to Proceed (NTP) issuance.
Bidders must be registered and current with the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) and CVE / VIP at the time of quote submission. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% SDVOSB set-aside.
