This requirement is a 100% SET-ASIDE competition for SDVOSBs only. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their proposal. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, equipment, and required production in accordance with the RFQ statement of work. The performance period will begin 10/1/2019. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR).
