Contractor shall provide construction services to replace the existing 3-tab asphalt shingles and ply PVC membrane Roof at the VA Regional Office, 3633 Veterans Drive, Building #167, Fort Harrison, MT. 59636.
In accordance with Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006, Pursuant to 38 USC 8127(d), competition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms. The SDVOSB firm must be verified in http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, to be eligible for award. Firms must also have current registrations with SAM (System for Award Management) at http://www.sam.gov and Vets 100 at http://www.dol.gov/vets/vets-100.html
The solicitation will be issued on/about September 18, 2019. Dissemination of the solicitation will be limited to electronic medium. All interested Bidders (primes & subcontractors) should register at www.fedbizopps.gov so that others will know of your interest in participating in this procurement and for automatic receipt of updates or amendments.
