VA Northern California Health Care System Open and Continuous Community Nursing Home
The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 is soliciting proposals for contractors to provide Community Nursing Home Services (CNH) for Veterans in the VA Northern California Healthcare System catchment area on an open and continuous basis.
Prospective offerors may submit any questions in writing to Stephanie San Juan at stephanie.sanjuan@va.gov.
Multiple Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts are anticipated to be awarded, which may be at least one IDIQ for each county identified in the breakdown by county included in the Request for Proposal.
The anticipated Period of Performance will be from the date of award and continuing for five (5) ordering periods.
