VA Nebraska - Western Iowa Health Care System (VA NWIHCS) Turnkey Mobile Lithotripsy Services
This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System (NWIHCS) has a requirement for Turnkey Mobile Lithotripsy services to eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Omaha VA Medical Center (VAMC) (hereinafter referred to as VA NWIHCS (Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System, Omaha Division), located at 4101 Woolworth Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. These services are solely dedicated to Veteran patients of the VA NWIHCS. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Health Care Services with a size standard of $15.0 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation number will be 36C26318Q0080. The solicitation is set aside for Small Business (SB). Offerors will be evaluated on Technical Capability, Past Performance, Veterans Preference, and Price. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation will contain requirements for a 12-month base year with four (4) 12-month options to renew. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about January 12, 2018 and will be issued via FedBizOpps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
