The Eastern Kansas Health Care System is seeking to award a single contract for operation of an Educational Therapy Program. The contractor will be responsible for the supervision of the assessment, instruction, and tutoring needed to assist the patient in preparing for employment search including assistance with writing resumes, developing job search skills, and strengthening online job search knowledge; preparation for GED exams or returning to post-secondary educational programs; record keeping; and reporting weekly and monthly activity to the Chief of Domiciliary operations. A base year and four option years are anticipated. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 611710, Educational Support Services. The small business size standard is $14 Million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on or around July 3, 2014. The solicitation package along with any amendments will only be provided electronically through the Government's Point of Entry.
