The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a replacement lease for the Casper Community Based Outpatient Clinic located in Casper, Wyoming.

Space Type: Clinical
All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required within 180 days after award. Term, lease term will be 10 years, 5 year firm.
The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering available space that is economically advantageous.
