V9 PRESCRIPTION EYEGLASSES CONTRACT
The purpose of this presolicitation amendment is to remove the individual waiver of the Non-Manufacturer Rule (NMR) approval for this proposed procurement. The full solicitation will be released on FebBizOpps.gov at www.fbo.gov on or about April 5, 2019. All other information remains the same.
