The Department of Corrections is seeking qualified vendors to provide a commercial off-the-shelf ("COTS") Utilization Management Software System for access by Department staff and for providers statewide. The software must support medical decisions for inmate healthcare and integrate with similar systems in use by the Department's contractors who provide secure medical units.
