Utility Trench and/or Road Opening Patching & Paving
The work to be done shall consist of the installation of bituminous concrete materials in accordance with Standard Specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, supplies and other
facilities and means necessary or proper to patch and pave utility trenches or road openings and to include all handwork
and curbing as necessary, as directed by the Superintendent of Public Utilities for the completion of pavement in place.
