The Texas A&M University System (TAMUS) is soliciting Qualifications Submissions from qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms for the Utility Plant Expansion, Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi, Texas. The A/E will work with the User to develop budget estimates to reflect the budget at each step of the design process, develop schematic design, design development and produce construction documents, project schedules, perform bid and award services and certain construction administration services consistent with the Competitive Sealed Proposal construction delivery process as utilized by The Texas A&M University System.
