D) Prospective Bidders shall:
1) Develop and submit their completed Bid Inaccordance with Section L of this
solicitation
2) Have a current, active System for Award Management (SAM) registration
including applicable NAICS code as specified in the IFB
3) Acknowledge any and all Amendments and submit with Bid

E) Site Visit will be held on 30 July 2014 at 09:00 AM (CST). Bidders shall complete the Site Visit Registration Form and submit no later than 28 July 2014 at 3:00 PM (CST). Site Visit registration forms are located in Exhibit C and can be
submitted by e-mail to: [email protected].
F) A bid opening will occur on 2:00 pm (CST), Monday, 18 August 2014. No bids will be accepted once the bid opening procedure is initiated.
G. The Contractor shall begin performance 10 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed. This performance period is mandatory.
