Utility Invoice Processing Services
The State issues this Request for Proposals (RFP). The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from Vendors providing practical and cost effective business models for Utility Invoice Processing Services including the provision for a web-based energy management software application. This RFP is issued on behalf of all state agencies, higher education and the Cooperative Purchasing Members and establishes the requirements and general terms and conditions for a Utility Invoice Processing Services Contract
