Utility Department Business Plan
The City is soliciting written sealed proposals from qualified firms to prepare a Formal Business Plan for the City Utilities Department as stated in the Request for Proposal. The objective of the Utility Plan will be to demonstrate that the Utility Department has the financial and managerial ability to sustain the utility service expectations of the community and that of the elected officials.
