The authority is issuing this Request For Information (RFI) inviting Vendors to submit their capabilities and interests relative to the implementation of a Utility Case Management System that is compliant with State and Federal regulations. These submissions will be referred to in this document as Vendor Information Packages. The authority may reference this material as indicative of industry capabilities and interests, in the event the authority determines in the future to issue a Request For Proposals (RFP).
