Bids will be received by the City Manager of the City of Lebanon, Ohio at the office of said Manager until 2:00 p.m., on the 10th day of March 2008, for the City of Lebanon's, UTILITY BILLING SERVICES. The services provided will include the formatting, printing and distribution of the monthly City of Lebanon Utility Bills. The City of Lebanon bills a wide range of utility services including electric, water, sewer, refuse, and telecommunications.
