Utility Bill Audit
The County is interested in obtaining the services of one or more Contractors that will audit the County's utility bills for past overcharges, obtain refunds on behalf of the County and make future rate recommendations. The utility bills to be audited include electricity and natural gas. The County has 20 major facilities which account for the majority of the annual expenses for electricity and natural gas.
