Utility Audit Services
Purchasing Agent is issuing this Request for Proposal for the purpose of selecting a qualified consultant to provide professional audit services to review and evaluate billings from all utility providers to the four entities. Consultant shall examine utility accounts to determine the completeness and accuracy of fees paid plus refunds due to any of the above four named entities for the stated period.
