Seeking proposals to purchase & operate commercially established available Energy & Utility Bill/Invoice Tracking - Accounting Dept. Computer Based Software Program from the direct manufacturer or originating licensed owner of the program. The program must be able to handle a minimum of 500 energy & utility bills from various suppliers & school facility locations. The program must be able to accommodate electrical, natural gas, propane, fossil fuels of varying types, water and sewer bills.
