The Organization is redesigning parts of its internal and public-facing websites that provide links to training related to IRB. The site is intended to support 3 major groups of users: bio medical researchers, behavioral researchers, and organization staff (including IRB chairs and members).

The organization has created wireframe mockups of the new pages. The organization is looking for the offeror to perform usability testing for this website. This project will involve having a small, but representative, set of participants attempt to perform tasks on the mockup pages to evaluate the current navigation, organization, page layout, and user experience.

This research will be used to inform the design team of possible changes to improve the usability of the current site design and to suggest priorities for including additional content and how to incorporate it.
