The purpose of this RFQ is to establish a Resource List of highly skilled Pre-qualified Vendors to provide Services to the Ministries. Vendor Responses will be reviewed for compliance with the mandatory requirements in section 5.2. After all Responses are reviewed, the Resource List will be established, and the Ministries will maintain the Resource List as one method by which to enter into Contracts on an "as needed" basis. Placement on the Resource List does not constitute a guarantee of any work to any Pre-qualified Vendor.
