Use Agreement for Management of Al Lang and Naimoli Complex
The City is now requesting formal proposals for the use of Al Lang and Naimoli along with
related financial proposals from qualified firms, individuals, and organizations interested in
entering into one or more agreements to utilize Al Lang and/or Naimoli. Offerors may
make a proposal for the use of only Al Lang, only Naimoli, or both Facilities. The City is
primarily interested in proposals for year-round operation and maintenance of the
Facilities, rather than single event proposals.
