The 633rd Contracting Squadron is seeking possible sources to provide "name brand or equal" 1 Urocap IV Light Wireless Uroflowmeter Package which includes quick start guide, printer, commode chair and funnel, mobile device lock, uroflow stand, IV pole, IV Pole Clamp and Beakers.
A determination will be made once all responses are reviewed as to the type of Small Business set-aside concern. Contractors capable of providing these services should submit a Statement of Capability containing the above referenced information via e-mail to lisa.cauldwell@us.af.mil. ; Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought is strictly voluntary; responses will not be returned.
