Urban Renewal District Master Plan
The 2007 Plan identified potential projects that would improve the economic and physical conditions of the property and eliminate blight. The master plan to be developed by the selected firm will incorporate the findings of the Urban Renewal Plan and expand the list of projects needed to achieve the same objectives.
