Urban Renewal District Form Based Code Development
This RFP is issued by the City for the purpose of obtaining information and pricing regarding the development of a Form Based Code for the East Billings Urban Renewal District. A Form Based Code addresses urban form (bulk, scale, setbacks, and heights) and elements of the “public realm” (signage, street furniture, pedestrian environment).
