Urban Rail NEPA Environmental Services

The selected CONSULTANT will provide professional transportation planning and environmental planning services to evaluate the environmental effects of the implementation of the LPA as part of the Urban Rail Program. Supporting services to the Project will be performed by the City's Advanced Conceptual Engineering (ACE) Consultant and the Public Information (PI) Consultant (also serving as Strategic Mobility Plan Consultant), both under the direction of the City.
