Urban Planning & Design Services
The successful offeror will demonstrate in its proposal the ability to perform a wide range of planning, zoning, urban design, and program/ policy review, analysis, and development services on an as needed basis for the Town. Work will primarily be for developing a Small Home Series Infill Housing Program as outlined in Attachment 1 to this RFP. Work may include other general planning, zoning, and community development services as assigned.
