Urban Boulevard Design Plan
The purpose of this work is to prepare a design plan and tool kit for the segment that reflects the overall functional and aesthetic character using the Category 4 Streetscape design concept. The design will reflect a clear interpretation of the guiding principles and be sufficiently developed so that it will lead to design development and contract documents.
