Urban Area Program Management Services
As the designated Urban Area Program Manager, CONSULTANT shall represent the
Group in coordinating, assisting, managing and monitoring the progress of the urban area
security initiative program, including the projects, teams and process. CONSULTANT shall not replace nor
supersede the established project managers. As the designated Urban Area Program Manager, CONSULTANT
shall report directly to the Group Chair and act under his delegated authority while also presenting findings and
progress to the Group and State Working groups and maintaining compliance with the requirements.
